CareOLine is an Independent Service Provider, offering support 24/7 to children, young people, families and adults in supportive care.

We are renowned as one of the country’s leading providers of specialist care for families and individuals dealing with challenging
behaviours, family breakdowns, learning disabilities and complex needs. We provide support, mentoring, secure transport, supervised contact and welfare checks.

Our Services

At CareOLine, we offer services for individuals needing specialised care and support, from emergency accommodation and extended assistance to everyday living. With a focus on personalised care and assistance for those in need, our services cater to each individuals unique requirements 24/7.

Adult Out of Hours

As a CQC-registered agency, we are committed to supporting local authorities by providing emergency backup care for service adults within their home who may require urgent assistance.

Children Out of Hours

Our Emergency Care and Support Team works closely with Out-of-Hours Duty Social Workers to provide immediate support and intervention for children and young adults where there is a risk of, or an actual, dysregulated placement breakdown.

Autism & Learning Disabilities Support

We offer care for individuals with autism and learning disabilities to ensure they get the care and support to develop independence and manage social challenges whilst building essential life skills.

Supervised Contact

We support children and young people in maintaining meaningful relationships with family members and other significant individuals during court proceedings or under court orders.

Welfare Checks

We carry out both announced and unannounced welfare visits to families, ensuring the wellbeing and welfare of children is consistently maintained.

Youth Escorting Services:

We provide both secure and non-secure supportive transportation for young people during critical transitions.

Respite Care

We specialise in Respite Care Programmes, offering tailored support for individuals with behavioural challenges, autism, complex needs, learning disabilities and epilepsy.

Supported Living

Our staff provide specialist
support for adults with autism, learning disabilities and mental health conditions, including personality disorders and complex behaviours. Our home is a small, specialist four-bedroom placement located on The Ridgeway in Ealing - a sought-after area offering a wide range of amenities and local attractions, making it a welcoming and appealing place to live.
